Our warranty terms.


Standard Warranty

All LOFT products and accessories are backed by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. If any hardware or software defects are discovered during the first year, we will repair or replace the product in question. 

To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out the contact form on the “Support” section of our website. One of our representatives will be in touch to learn more and provide you with further instructions.

Our support team will make every effort to troubleshoot and resolve product issues over the phone or in person (when possible). If a resolution is not found, we will provide an RMA number for the product to be shipped back to our service center for repair or replacement. Shipping costs incurred during the RMA process will be the responsibility of the customer. 

If a product arrives and has been visibly damaged during shipping, please note the damage on the freight provider’s documents and contact us within seven (7) days to initiate a claim.

This warranty only applies to manufacturer’s defects and does not provide coverage for products that have been used in any way other than it’s intended use, or if the damage was caused by abuse or negligence. The warranty is void if the product has been modified or serviced by an unauthorized party, including any changes made in debug menus or the installation of unauthorized applications. This warranty is void if the product was not purchased through an authorized reseller, or if the product serial number has been damaged or removed. 

Extended Warranty

We offer warranty extensions to 3 and 5 years on all interactive displays. These warranties must be purchased at the same time as the display. Our standard warranty terms and exclusions apply to these extended warranties.
